Letters to the Editor

If you want to send me an email that says "your site rocks" or "your site sucks rocks", click the email SunFyre link to the left. I read them all, and respond to most.

But, if you have something else to say, let's hear it. Click the same link, but put "Editor" in the subject line. These emails get extra attention. I'll publish emails on virtually any subject, but naturally, we'd all prefer something related to a recent SunFyre article.

Each letter will be published in it's entirety, when applicable, along with a thoughtful, if not thought provoking, response from yours truly.

Here are a couple guidelines to help get your Letter to the Editor printed:

Watch the language. I'm not a prude, and I've said repeatedly that this site is for grown-ups, but search engines tend to drop your site into adults-only categories when you use the flaming F-word too often.
If possible, answer the question "why?" as often as you can. If you want to tell me my opinion on a subject is stupid, back it up with more than just opinion. Offer something of substance.
Get your facts right. If you believe 4 out of 5 dentists prefer Trident, have the data to support your claims.
Provide me with the color commentary. SunFyre readers are accustomed to photos and related web links in their stories. Any you can provide will go a long way toward getting your letter published.

Remember, put "Editor" in the subject line.
